A big week for The Rolling Smoke, Tuesday I will set for lunch st 333 S 7th St in downtown Minneapolis (11-1) and then later that day, The Fitness and Wellness Fair at LA Fitness in St Paul (1370 University Ave West) from 4-7. Wednesday I will be at The Wandering Leaf (4-8). Friday I will be at bad Weather Brewing (4-8). And Saturday I will be at Summit Brewing (12-8). I hope to see you at one of these places!

The Rolling Smoke schedule this week is: Wednesday (11-1) 333 South 7th St in downtown Minneapolis for lunch, Friday at The Wandering Leaf (4-8), and Saturday we are at Heavy Rotation (2-8) for a very smoky Oktoberfest with smoked brats, smoked cabbage and German potato salad and barbecue of course. The Rolling smoke was at my local brewery @Torg Brewery tonight. Ordered ribs, pulled pork sandwich, smoked cabbage and the smoked squash salad. The ribs were perfectly cooked and delicious. My son said the pulled pork sandwich was “REALLY GOOD!” The smoked cabbage was a surprise, smoky and a little spicy. I didn’t know what to expect with the smoked cabbage, and was pleasantly surprised by it. The squash salad was good, but wasn’t as dramatically flavorful as the other food I ordered. I will definitely get food from The Rolling Smoke again

Our family ordered from The Rolling Smoke this week. It was delicious! Outstanding flavors aside - the highlight for me was that the meats were tender and moist. We even ordered an extra pound of pork shoulder and used it in sandwiches and tortillas for a couple more lunches. Contactless delivery worked well for us. We will order from TRS again. We ordered (5 adults): Pork Spare Ribs Full rack (1) Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwiches (3) Smoked Chicken Drummies (3 in an order) Pork Shoulder (1 lb) x 2 Smoked Squash Salads (2) Coleslaws (2)
