Pork Spare Ribs

Slow cooked for hours over hickory logs until it falls off the bone. Tender and packed with flavor and served with my homemade smoked tomato sauce. Choose half a rack or go for the whole rack!

The trimmed end of the rack. Some bones, some boneless but it’s all good!


Pulled Pork Sandwich

Pork shoulder slow cooked for 8-10 hours and then smothered in homemade barbecue sauce.


Chicken Leg Quarter

A generous sized thigh and drumstick sure to please chicken lovers everywhere.


Smoked Squash Salad

An 8 ounce serving of smoked squash and smoked tomatoes mixed with pasta for a yummy side. It’s vegetarian!
